San Posada

I had lived here for almost 7 years and I’ve had zero issues… However I had a feeling that when I leave they’re going to nickel and dime my deposit, not sure why they’re charging for painting December 2023 when I had moved in February 2017 you would think they need to paint… There’s also a charge for carpet replacement, that exceeds life… in any case what an incredible way to turn around such a positive experience. At the tail land I was paying $2400 a month. Shame on Mark Taylor and the management. This is incredibly poor judgment on your part.

I have lived here for over a year and am thrilled to renew my lease for another year. San Posada has been a little slice of paradise. From the gorgeously groomed grounds to the resort-like pool I have thoroughly enjoyed my time living here. Maintenance and Leasing Office staff are always quick to respond, kind, and helpful. The location is convenient to grocery stores, the freeways, airport, etc. I also feel very safe within the community. I've had a great experience here and am happy to call this place home.

Living here makes me so happy! We are located right next to the pool and office, super convenient! Amazing property, so well maintained, the pool can get loud sometimes, but not a big deal to us. Free use of gas grill, giant porches, open floor plan, tons of maintenance on site, security walks through, play ground, dog run, I can go on and on! We haven't lived in an apartment for so long prior to this, and we're scared about the cost, but not for one second so I think our rent is being wasted on anything! The change out you light builds in a very speedy manor!! Highly recommend to anyone looking for carefree living!!!!

I moved in this past December. I couldn't be happier. I love the property, its gorgeous, I love my apartment, its spacious and beautiful. The amenities are well maintained, and the staff has been absolutely fantastic, including maintenance who I can see work very hard on maintaining the grounds. I recommend the property to anyone looking for a rental.

I definitely cannot recommend this apartment complex enough to people. My fiance and I chose this place because our friends spoke so highly of the property and the management years ago, and that continues to be true. The apartments themselves are beautiful, well-maintained, and high quality. I often say it feels more like living in a condo than an apartment with how spacious and well laid-out the floor plans are. The community is wonderful too - I am not usually one for using community amenities and socializing between buildings, but this place makes it downright easy :) More importantly though, I really want to emphasize how excellent management is. The agents at the office are always responsive and accommodating for any questions, concerns, or needs. They go above and beyond to keep the community informed. The maintenance team is bar-none, too. We've never waited more than one business day for our needs to be addressed, and the team doesn't stop until the issue is actually resolved. Especially after some horror stories in previous apartments, my gratitude for that cannot be overstated. Long review long, this is a great community to live in, and short of finding a dream house, I look forward to staying for a long time!
